Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy details how we handle the shipping of your orders from Optizen Wellness.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volumes or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Optizen Wellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
